Schedule of Events
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for seating. We will be starting at 11:00 AM.
Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same location?
Yes, both will take place at the same venue.
Is there a cocktail hour?
Yes! Guests are invited to enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony.
What time will the reception end?
The celebration will conclude at approximately 8 PM.
What to Wear
What is the dress code?
We recommend semi-formal attire.
Are there colors guests should avoid wearing?
We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing all white outfits.
Travel & Hotels
Where should I stay?
We have a room block at Home2 Suites by Hilton - Stadium District. Please visit the Hotel page for more information.
What airport should I fly into?
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is the closest airport to the venue. It is about a 30 minute drive to the venue from the airport.
Food & Drink
Will there be a bar?
Yes. We will be having a Cash Bar for you to purchase drinks from during the cocktail hour and reception. You can use cash, card or tap to pay.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please indicate any dietary needs when you RSVP.
Kids
Can my children come?
Absolutely! Please indicate if children will be part of your group on your RSVP.
Photography
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be present in the moment.
Will photos be shared after the wedding?
Yes. We’ll share photos on the website after the celebration and on our social media.
Gifts & Registry
Are gifts expected & where are you registered?
Your presence is the greatest gift. If you wish to give, we are registered at the links provided under the Registry tab.
